Edward R. Murrow was one of the “greats” in American Journalism, a forefather of news broadcasting who left his mark on both the industry and the times.

MURROW by Joseph Vitale examines excerpts from his singular career, including broadcasting from London during the Blitz; his on air take down of Senator Joseph McCarthy and the House Un-American Activities Committee; and his eye witness account of the horrors he saw at Buchenwald concentration camp in Germany while he was embedded in General Patton’s Third Army.


One Performance only. An audience talk back with the playwright, director and journalists, moderated by retired CBS News writer Frank Lobuono will follow the performance.
